You will fly to the stunning island of Koh Samui on the east side of the Thai peninsula where you will be met and welcomed to our idyllic retreat home for the next 8 days. Vikasa retreat has the most spectacular location nestled on the cliff’s edge overlooking the blue ocean below and makes a stunning backdrop to this amazing retreat holiday.

Our ONE LOVE retreat is all about recharging, relaxing and meeting new friends in this wonderful idyll, with its own private sandy beach and inviting infinity swimming pool. Upon arrival you will meet new friends and your Mindful Tribes leader in a relaxed welcome meeting. Here we make everyone, from beginners to the more experienced wellness fans feel completely at home. There are no special clothes required, no special equipment and no prior experience – just a willingness to learn and be part of a special journey we are all sharing. 

We start our days with morning yoga in the traditional wooden yoga sala overlooking the sparkling blue waters. 

After a relaxing healthy breakfast our days will be spent exploring the island with our group excursions to the jungle and small villages, with their amazing flora, waterfalls and wildlife. We will visit some lesser known temples and learn more about the spirituality of the islanders. 

Enjoy your own free time relaxing in the sun with new friends, socialising in the retreat lounge or relax in your own space on your balcony with breathtaking views. 

If you are new to yoga , a seasoned traveller or this is your first overseas adventure, this trip will be a transformative journey run by our amazing MINDFUL TRIBES community.

- ITINERARY -

You will arrive at Koh Samui airport today and transferred to the retreat where you will  be transferred to the retreat. You will be greeted by our Mindful Tribes Leader. Late afternoon we will begin our new journey together with a welcome circle to meet our new friends. Meals included : Dinner 

 

This morning you will wake for your morning yoga lesson. After our healthy breakfast you will have free time to enjoy the retreat. After a lazy lunch you will have more relaxation time until yoga in the late afternoon before dinner this evening. Meals included : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

 

This morning you will wake for your morning yoga lesson. After our healthy breakfast we will head out on our first excursion to enjoy the island.  We will journey to the island's centre to explore the natural surroundings of the flora and fauna where we will have lunch. Upon our return we will  enjoy yoga in the late afternoon before dinner this evening. Meals included : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

DAY 3 Tues 22nd Mar 2017

This morning you will wake for your morning yoga lesson. After our healthy breakfast we will head out on our first discovery to enjoy the island.  We will journey to the island's centre to explore the natural surroundings of the flora and fauna where we will have lunch. Upon our return we will  enjoy yoga in the late afternoon before dinner this evening. Meals included : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
